Structural and Electrical characterizations of new synthesized PVA/ PoPDA-rGO-ZnO nanocomposite

AbstractControl of dielectric properties PVA/PoPDA-rGO-ZnO polymeric composites is an important issue in electrical applications. As a flexible nanocomposite for enhancing energy storage (Capacitors) and conductivity the polymer. The synthesis crystalline structure achieved using several facile preparation methods. study structural by x-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR), while are characterized capacitance data frequency range (1 MHz to 5 MHz) under application alternating field. XRD, SEM, FT-IR show formation phase nanocomposite. test at different frequencies indicated good ternary highest A.C. (σa.c) constant (ɛ') (3.74*10-5 S/m), (1.7645) (5 MHz), respectively, lowest dissipation factor (ɛ'') (0.29054) MHz). rGO nanosheets ZnO nanoparticles, which look like flowers, play effective role properties. within PVA film act as network nanocapacitors store electric charges. results proved that strongly depend on applied field frequency.
